Browse our collections — LIFE_ and PERFORMANCE_ — select your size, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Your order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
> Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to modify or cancel, contact us at support@slimdesigns.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — but you can return it under our return policy.
> I haven't received an order confirmation. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us at support@slimdesigns.com with your full name and order details and we'll locate your order.
> Do you offer gift cards?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your package in real time through the carrier's website.
> My package is lost or damaged. What do I do?
Contact us at support@slimdesigns.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately. If your package is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

LIFE_ is our everyday collection — designed for comfort, style, and versatility. Built for the street, the studio, the screen.
PERFORMANCE_ is engineered for movement — moisture-wicking fabrics, reinforced stitching, and athletic fits designed for training, running, and pushing limits.
> How do your sizes run?
Our garments are designed for a modern, slim fit. We recommend checking our Size Guide page for detailed measurements before ordering. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
> What materials do you use?
We use premium fabrics selected for durability and comfort. Each product page includes full fabric composition, weight, and care instructions. Our PERFORMANCE_ line features technical moisture-wicking blends, while LIFE_ uses soft-hand cotton and cotton-blend fabrics.
> How should I care for my Slim Designs garments?
Each garment ships with care instructions on the label. As a general rule: machine wash cold, tumble dry low, avoid bleach. For printed items, wash inside out to preserve the design. Detailed care info is listed on each product page.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. See our full Return Policy page for complete details.
> How do I start a return? Email support@slimdesigns.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll provide you with a return authorisation and shipping instructions.
> How long does it take to receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
> Can I exchange an item? We don't currently offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
